Seller’s acceptance of this Purchase Order is strictly limited to the terms and conditions contained herein. Seller's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to this transaction shall not exceed the price allocable to the goods or services giving rise to the claim. Unless otherwise specified, all prices are F.O.B. Sun Valley, CA. Title and risk of loss pass to Buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. In the event of default, Purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees and collection agency commissions, incurred by Seller in enforcing these terms. Unpaid invoices by due date based on agreed upon terms shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law. Digital or facsimile signatures shall be deemed as original. Furthermore, the applicant authorizes Hallmart Collectibles Inc. to conduct credit checks or contact the trade references listed above if net terms are requested.
